Rotary Club Banners

Many Rotary Clubs have designed decorative banners for their club to display at meetings and district events as well as to exchange with different clubs when their members visit other clubs domestically and internationally. It is a tradition that allows for clubs and their members to express their friendship and common mission of ‘Service Above Self’.

The banners often include symbols or images of a club’s town, region, or country. Some represent local cultural traditions or artistry by featuring leatherwork, weaving, embroidery, or hand-painted designs. Many of the banners are works of art in themselves.

The Grove City Rotary Club has been fortunate over the years to have had either their members visit other clubs or to have had Rotarians from other clubs visit our meetings and exchange banners in this spirit of friendship and common goals.

Below is a display of the banners that have been collected over the years since the Grove City Club was chartered in 1996. We hope to grow this collection over time and are grateful to those who have provided these flags to us as a reminder of the good works of Rotary throughout the world.
